The Extron ASA 121 Audio Summing Adapter is a convenient, single-cable solution for combining two-channel stereo audio into a mono audio signal. It is ideal for mono PA systems in churches, halls, arenas, stadiums, and other environments where stereo sound reinforcement would provide an uneven reproduction to the listener.
The ASA 121 features a transformerless design for wide frequency response, and includes two 6 inch leads with male RCA connectors for unbalanced stereo input signals and a captive screw connector for unbalanced mono audio output. Because it is a small and passive device, the ASA 121 is especially useful in systems where power and space are limited.
