Extron's Plenum S-video Cable passes Luminance (Y) and Chrominance (C) video information on mini high resolution coaxial cables. These cable assemblies come in lengths of 6, 12, 20, 30, 50, 75, and 100 feet. The connector pins are gold-plated and the jacket is extremely flexible, making cable pulls much easier. The plenum-rated jacket is constructed with special fire resistant agents for use in applications where National Electric Code (CL2P) cable must be installed. Plenum cable can be run through open air spaces, eliminating the need for conduit, so using plenum cable can reduce installation costs. With Extron's plenum-rated S-video cables, signal integrity can be maintained, even in the event of a long cable run.
