The component with digital audio to HDMI format converter converts analog YCbCr/YPbPr and audio to digital HDMI format. It allows you to connect the YCbCr/YPbPr output from DVD or Set-Top-Box equipment to the digital HDMI input of the latest HD ready plasma, LCD or DLP TV.
Its high bandwidth capability supports HDTV resolution up to 1080p.

The input format is YCbCr/YPbPr and digital Toslink audio.
Convert any YUV signal to HDMI. Output resolution follows input (i.e the same resolution will be at the HDMI output). There are two versions of this unit to choose from to match the audio connection you require (the alternative, TCP-281H, has Coaxial and stereo audio).
